A: Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3 to 5 business days. During new collection launches or sales events, delivery may take up to 6–7 business days.
Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: We offer Complimentary Nationwide Shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below PKR 5,000, standard courier charges apply at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier link will be sent to your registered email and phone number.
2. Products & Sizing
Q: Are the product colors 100% accurate?
A: We take pride in accurate color representation. However, minor variations may occur due to photographic studio lighting and individual mobile/monitor screen settings.

A: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, as well as secure online payments via Debit/Credit cards.
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: Articles in their original, unused condition with tags intact can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our concierge support for exchange assistance.
